IT raids on Onion sellers

Maybe it is for the first time the Income Tax (IT) raids were conducted on the Onion sellers. More than 100 big Onion sellers were raided by the Income-tax officials it is reported.

Huge quantities of Onion was being hoarded and the rates of a KG onion has gone up over Rs 100 in many states it is reported.

The Onion prices have skyrocketed in Delhi. It is reported that some good quality Onion and the white Onion is being sold around Rs 100 per Kg.

Onion is used in all the curries and foods if that costs R 100 it is difficult for a common man to have food.

This is because of the sacristy of the Onion as the rains have lashed across the Onion growing areas. The cultivation has gone down and some Onion has got spoiled in the fields due to rains.

When It comes to Hyderabad, the Onion is costing around Rs 60 and the white Onion is around Rs 75 Rs per kg. The Pakodi lovers are having a hard time as the main base for making a pagoda is Onion.

Some of the Pakoda snack sellers have raised the price while some others have stopped making Pakoda as the Onion is costing Rs 100 per Kg.

There is no Onion for the Chidva eaters and also the Mirchi bhajji lovers.
