Telangana Governor Tamilisai said that -On the occasion of ‘International Nurses Day, I extend my warm wishes to all nurses, midwives who are the health care providers, and the first responders in the State of Telangana and all over the world.
The theme of this year’s International Nurses Day “nursing the world to health”, with a focus on the “true value of nurses to the people of the world”. It aptly reflects the vital role of nurses in the health sector to the whole world.
The International Nurses Day offers us an excellent opportunity to express our gratitude and appreciation to all the nurses who are toiling hard even putting their lives at risk.
I would like to thank you all personally for playing a very important role as the front lines caring for the patients day in and day out in these very difficult times.
I appreciate all the nurses who are our nation’s real healthcare heroes from the bottom of my heart for the bold, determined, warmth, and the compassionate role played by them in the challenging times of Covid-19.
On the occasion of International Nurses Day, let us take a resolve to make this world free from the pandemic COVID-19. I would like to sincerely thank all our nursing personnel for their invaluable contribution to our healthcare system and wish them best of luck in their valiant fight against the Pandemic COVID-19.
