Union Information & Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur visited Megastar Chiranjeevi’s residence for a quick breakfast. Along with Chiranjeevi, even Nagarjuna Akkineni and Allu Arvind also hosted the Minister.
It looks like after Vijayendra Prasad, the BJP is luring Chiranjeevi the megastar. He was invited to a function with PM Modi earlier.
He was awarded at the Goa film festival. Now the Minister visited his house which is a great honor.
Megastar Chiranjeevi revealed that they had good discussions about Indian Film Industry and its rapid strides and thanked Anurag for dropping by his place. However, many are wondering why the Union Minister mega Megastar in the first place.
Some say that Chiranjeevi invited Anurag as a token of respect because last year the Indian Government honored him with the Personality of the Year award at IFFI, Goa.
Who knows it could be something related to Ram Charan also. Charan is already in the race for Oscars and something might come for him from the GOI also it is learnt.
