Hyderabad turns pink for TRS plenary session

Hyderabad the city of Minarets turned pink with junctions, main roads and streets decked up with TRS flags, buntings and flexies in the run up to the party 21st plenary session today.

Major roads and crossroads, especially in the western parts of the city, are sporting pink buntings and flexies with TRS party leaders showcasing the TRS government’s achievements in the last few years.

TRS party plenary is being held in the city at Hitex Convention Centre, Madhapur. TRS leaders put up posters at different crossroads in Madhapur, Jubilee Hills, Khairatabad and Banjara Hills.

The task to decorate and set up welcome posters and banners was assigned to city MLAs by the party. Arrangements at the venue are being monitored by Serilingampally MLA Arekapudi Gandhi, Jubilee Hills MLA Maganti Gopinath supervised by Minister Srinivas Yadav and TRS working President K Taraka Rama Rao.

Only three thousand invitees are allowed into the venue for the meeting. Thirty-three varieties of food are being prepared for the guests coming to Hyderabad.

Meanwhile, in view of the TRS plenary, Cyberabad traffic has imposed few traffic diversions on the routes leading to the venue.

Motorists have been requested to avoid the roads heading towards Hitex as there could be heavy vehicular traffic.
