The AP High Court had dismissed all conditions the CID wanted to be imposed on TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Chandrababu was released from Rajamahendravaram Central Jail on Interim bail after being arrested in connection with the Skill Development Case on September 9.

The High Court dismissed all the other conditions the CID wanted to be imposed on Babu. The CID wanted the court to tell Naidu not to take part in any political activities. However, the court verdict imposed conditions only on political rallies.

Meanwhile, Babu is getting examined in AIG Hospital for fissures and LV Prasad for eye surgery. One of his eye was operated on earlier for cataracts and the other eye is due for the same.

The CID also asked that two DSPs should provide escort to Naidu, so as to keep vigil on his activities round-the-clock. Even this condition was set aside by the court.

Babu is relatively free till this month’s end on medical grounds with Interim Bail and if the Supreme Court gives a positive decision on the quash petition he will be a free bird.

He is also planning to visit the TTD this month along with his wife and other family members.
