One might wonder as to what is this comparison and in what way. But this is true. It looks like KCR the father of KTR loves Harish Rao more than the son. But Precisely KCR loves irrigation more than IT, it looks like and it reflects in the budget.
To come to the point we are talking about the budget allocations. KTR has 3 portfolios but all put together he has been allocated about Rs 6500 crore in the budget for 2018-19.
But Harish Rao with major irrigation portfolio has got about Rs 25000 crore which is a very big amount and better than KTR in comparison.
On the other hand, KTR has been a straightforward man, but Harish has been an obedient man to the CM. There are rumours that KTR will look after the state, while Harish will be promoted to the centre.
With KCR moving to Delhi sooner or later, Harish Rao is also scheduled to follow him. He clarified that whatever KCR wants he is ready to implement them.
Several times this comparison of who is a better man has come in terms of personality and politics. But Harish just keep quiet and said he likes to be a follower of KCR and nothing more or nothing less.
