Congress party is planning to install the statue on Tankbund as part of the Telugu Velugula Moorthy Nikshiptha Pranganam. This Pranganam was done in the regime of late NTR in the United Andhra.
TPCC chief Revanth Reddy said, “After highlighting the failures of the BRS for one month, we will launch a campaign for the party. We will institute Gaddar awards on the lines of Nandi awards.
There is nothing wrong in installing Gaddar statue on Tank Bund as he worked for the region for 55 years.” Gaddar wanted to campaign for the Congress in a big way, but he is no more.
Now Gaddars son Surya is planning to contest the election with a Congress ticket.
The party released a campaign video that highlights the failed promises of the BRS and BJP. The Congress party knows that they are doing well in the Telangana region and they want to encash on the present sentiment.
The way the leaders are joining Congress shows it all. But they are unable to ramp up to the BRS level of the campaign. Despite making all the efforts there is a talk that the BRS would come to power in alliance with the MIM.
The way Akbar praised KCR and Government shows that the Muslims would vote for the BRS in a big way.
