Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan has distributed Food pockets and groceries to the poor and needy labourers today at Raj Bhavan premises.
Tamilisai has been very active in attracting the public in general. She was active during the RTC strike days and also has negotiated with the cab drivers to stop the strike.
Now she is very active in helping the poor people and has been distributing the food packets. There are very few governors in the country who have been giving food to the poor directly from Rajbhavan.
Governor has also been very active in participating in the governance of the state along with the Chief Minister KCR. The CM KCR has also been interacting with the Governor from time to time.
HDFC Bank Hyderabad Zonal branch has sponsored the grocery packets consisting of 2kg rice, 1/2 kg daal, 250 grams oil,
1 pickle packet, 100gm turmeric, 100 GMs red chilli powder, 100 gms Garam masala. The bank was also given 100 masks for needy people today.
HDFC bank zonal head Mr RVG Kulkarni and other senior bank officials participated.
