Accounting : Ensuring that the day to day accounting and transactions are accurately posted in a system and guiding the subordinates accordingly.
Auditing
Accounting compliances: Manage proper compliance with Service Tax, VAT, TDS and other such accounting related compliances.
Payroll : Manage the payroll of the company
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
Reporting : Ensuring the timely monthly accounting closures and monthly reporting.
Hiring Process : Written-test, Face to Face Interview
