Expelled BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar who was involved in the rape case has been awarded a life term by the Court. He was convicted for raping a minor. The former MLA has been sent to Jail for his life in the Unnao rape case.
On the other hand, there are allegations that the former MLA conspired to kill the rape victim in an accident. The victims family is happy that justice has been delivered.
MLA has been proved guilty of raping the minor. Sengar was charged under POSCO act and a fine of 25 lakh has been imposed on him. Finally, justice has been delayed but no denied.
Some lady activists demanded that the Rs 25 lakh fine must go to the family of the victim. The CBI has been demanding from the beginning that the former MLA should be in jail till the end of his life.
