Telangana State Police, Women Safety Wing has added to its structure ‘SHE Bharosa Cyber Lab’, NRI Counselling Facility. The exclusive spaces inaugurated in Anti-Human Trafficking Division along with Missing Persons Monitoring Cell are provided with logistic support by the Women Safety Wing in collaboration with stakeholders for effective functioning of Anti Human Trafficking Module, NRI Module, Domestic Violence Module, SHE Module, Sexual Offences Module and Analysis Module.
The chief guest Dr. M. Mahendar Reddy, IPS, Director General of Police, Telangana State inaugurated the ‘SHE Bharosa Cyber Lab’ and the Missing Persons Monitoring Cell in the Women Safety Wing, Telangana in the presence of senior police officers and went round the exhibition showing the work done by the various modules in the Women Safety Wing since it started functioning
in March, 2018.

The CP, Hyderabad, CP, Rachakonda, CP, Cyberabad have appreciated the good work being done by Women Safety Wing to tackle the menace of Crime against Women and Children. As there is increase in cybercrimes against women and children, they opined that the opening of Cyber Lab was the need of the hour as a specialised unit which would develop tools to deal with all aspects concerning such crimes. Smt. B. Sumathi, DIG, Women safety Wing, TS, explained the monitoring of the Cyber Lab and the working of tools which would be used for effective investigation of cybercrimes against women and children.
