Skills Required:-
Minimum 12 th pass (Preferred Graduate/Diploma and B.E B.Tech)
Age -18 to 27 yrs.
Good Communication Skills and
comprehension skills (verbal & written English)
Basic Computer Skills (typing speed of Min 25 words per minute with 80% accuracy)
Training Period:-
Before joining we have a training session to train the candidates / students (freshers / experience).
Training will be for 3 hours per day
Per batch 10 candidates are allowed.
we are providing Customer Support Associate Training Program for 10 days( which is placement linked program).
To enhance the skill set of the student / employee through training and assessment with industry standards.
