Siraj the Cricketer from Hyderabad who could not attend the funeral of his father Mohammed Ghaus, after returning to Hyderabad paid his respects here at the graveyard.

Siraj’s father’s dream was to see his son play for the country and he is very glad that he could realise that. The last time Sira spoke to his father was when he left for the Australia Tour. Siraj rose from the bylanes of Towlichowki to wearing the Indian Nationa colours.

This is a big achievement. Siraj was training in Australis when he came to know about the death of his father. He could not come back due to the Corona and quarantine rules.

His father was an Auto Rickshaw driver, but groomed him to become a good cricketer. Siraj would have been very happy if he could have seen his son win the match against Australia when the World was praising the Indian team and Siraj in specific.

One way Siraj was fortunate that he could win the match for India, the other way he was unfortunate that could not attend the funeral of his father who gave him everything by driving an auto.
