With the Government hospitals having no beds further for the Corona patients, the Delhi Government has decided to add around 20000 beds in Hotels and Banquet halls for the Corona patients.
The Supreme Court has already passed strictures against the Government that the Corona patients were treated worst than the animals as the dead bodies were dumped into the garbage bins in Delhi.
Home Minister Amit Shah and Delhi CM Kejriwal today had a meeting on the way and means to contain the Corona Virus in Delhi.
There is an assessment that it would require around 80000 beds for treating Corona patients. Around 5 lakh cases are expected in Delhi by the end of this month.
After Maharashtra and Tamilnadu, Delhi is in the third place when it comes to Corona cases. While the treatment and discharges are going on, the cases are getting added day in and day out.
All the small nursing homes with 10 to 50 beds are converted into Corona treatment hospitals. The Conversions of the Banquet halls and nursing homes is going on a brisk pace.
