It was Nemalipuri of Kamepally village that the collector and his wife walked into the marshy lands on barefoot and talked to the farming community and sought to know their issues.
The farmers were in for a pleasant surprise to see the Collector and his wife in the fields filled with water and mud. But they were happy that the top man of the district has come in for them. It looked like an inspiration from the movie Maharshi.
