A youth who raped a 9-year-old girl was awarded death sentence by the court. The youth took the girl away from the mother while they were in sleep and raped. The youth named Praveen then killed the girl.
The mother was in a state of shock to see that her girl was raped and killed. A police complaint was lodged and the culprit was brought to the book in just 48 days after thorough investigation.
30 witnesses were taken by the judge. The bar association has decided that no one would take up the case of the rapist. Praveen agreed that he has committed the offence and the Judge had no doubt in giving the death sentence.
The incident occurred at Hanmkonda in Reddy colony. This was a sensational case in the Telugu states. The death penalty was awarded in 48 times after due investigation by the police and Courts. The parents of the girl were happy that Praveen got the death penalty.The judgement was given the Warangal court.
