The High Court ruled that Amaravathi is the lone capital for Andhra Pradesh and as per CRD it should be developed in 6 months by the state Government ruled by Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Right now Jagan has no money to run the day to day affairs of the people in General. He needs around five lakhs of crores for the development of the state Capital, to begin with.

But The YSRC Government is still in the dreams of developing three capitals in the state.

The development would require Rs 5 lakh crore more as per Chandrababu Naidu’s original assessment. But after his defeat in the 2019 elections, Babu is now saying that Amaravati is a self-financed city and it does not require funds from outside.

The Government has lost many investments as they announced the three capital strategies. Bots Satyanarayana the Minister still sticks to the three capital theory even after the Court ruled out the possibility.

They are planning to move the Supreme court against the High court ruling. It may not work. The court clarified that it cannot make or change the legislation. It is clear that Jagan Mohan Reddy government is not prepared to spend it.

Jagan and his ministers are still trying to drag their feet on the implementation of the latest court verdict. Now the people want developed plots in Amaravathi and the whole infrastructure has to be developed as per the court directions.

Jagan is o=bogged down with court cases and decisions in various areas. One is from ED, the other is about the murder case of his uncle, now the development of Amaravathi.

There is a talk that he might dissolve the Assembly and go for fresh polls.
