The By-election in Tirupathi is very prestigious for YSRC as it is their sitting seat. But the TDP and BJP are trying their level best to win the seat.

It looks like it is not easy for the BJP at this juncture. The announcements of BJP Government at the centre will not fetch any votes here in Andhra.

The BJP at the centre has announced that it will not give special status to Andhra Pradesh. The Union Finance Minister Nirmala Seetharaman has clarified that they will have to privatise the Visakha Steel Plant.

The Central Government has also announced that they will not give any exemption on the GST front to the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam. Then what is that the BJP can do for the people of Andhra is the question.

The YSRC has claimed that they will get a thumping majority in Tirupathi. The Janasena campaign in Tirupathi may not make much of a difference to other parties.

Ratna Prabha is not a big politician and she has no funds. YSRC has been winning all the elections and for them funds is not an issue. Congress and TDP are nowhere in the fray.

Amit Shah who was supposed to come to Tirupathi has cancelled his trip. This makes all the difference to the BJP.
