Three Bail petitions and one quash petition will decide the fate and future of Chandrababu the former CM of Andhra Pradesh. He has almost been waiting for the last month in the Rajahmundry jail.
The judgment will come on all three petitions in the High Court and one petition in the Supreme Court.
The people in general are surprised as to why Babu was taken into custody when there was no FIR and money trail against him. There was trolling against the ACB court Judge Hima Bindu for giving Chandrababu custody.
TDP MP Rammohan Naidu filed a complaint against the AAG Ponnavolu Sudhakar to Home Minister Shah for overacting in the Babu case, by addressing press meets in Hyderabad and Delhi in this case.
There is a talk that AP CM Jagan was summoned by Delhi and the PM spoke to him for more than an hour and one of the points was on the arrest of Chandrababu.
Modi and Shah are also facing the ire of the Telugu people for putting Babu behind bars. People believe that Delhi gave a green signal to arrest Babu in AP.
Some advocates are confident that Babu will get justice with the quash petition. While other legal luminaries say that he is evidence against Babu and he would continue in the remand in some other cases.
The sympathy graph for Babu has improved and people say he will come to power again. Let’s hope Chandrababu will come out of the cases with flying colors.
