KCR the CM of Telangana is having viral fever and he is not coming out. But the people are surprised to note that he is not coming out in public even from Pragathi Bhavan.

BJP leader Marri Sashidhar Reddy claimed that the CM was under pressure regarding the succession issue and said the people had the right to be briefed about their Chief Minister by competent medical authorities.

Marri Shashidhar Reddy wrote a letter to Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan to direct the Chief Secretary to take measures for the treatment of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, who had not been seen in public for two weeks.

“There has been a veil of secrecy about his health. It was revealed a few days ago that he had a mild viral lung infection. Yesterday, suddenly a disclosure was made by his son and minister K.T. Rama Rao that his father has a secondary (bacterial) infection of the lungs,” he said.

Marri said regular health bulletins are issued by hospital authorities and state government health officials when high public officials. “This is not to be seen in this instance,” the BJP leader said.

He cited the instances of Kanshi Ram and J. Jayalalithaa whose health condition, he alleged, was kept secret. It would be better for KCR or his officials to release an official bulletin on a regular basis.

The people of Telangana have the right to know about the health of the CM.
