The mediation panel looking into the issue of Ayodya Ram mandir dispute will be submitting its report to the Supreme Court today. A 5 judge panel headed by the then Chief Justice Gogoi appointed a 3 member mediation earlier and they will be submitting the report today to the court.
While the Muslim leaders are opposing the construction of the Ram Temple at the disputed site, the RSS leaders are of the opinion that the Temple must be constructed on the site which is cleared by the Government and the court.
A section of the Muslims is of the opinion that they must build a masjid away from the disputed site.
The other group wants it at the site where Babri Masjid was demolished earlier.
Meanwhile, the UP Government headed by Yogi Adityanath is getting ready for the construction of the Ram Temple here at Ayodhya. BJP Senior leader Subramanyam Swamy is looking at the legal aspects for clearances to build the Ram Temple here in Ayodhya.
Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray has also visited the disputed site and wanted the Temple to be constructed at the earliest. Top BJP leaders responding to the RSS demand on the Temple said that they would build the temple, once the court clears the matter.
