Swamy Paripoornanda has joined the BJP in the presence of the BJP Chief Amit Shah and Muralidhar Rao. The state BJP Chief from Telangana Dr Laxman was not there. It looks like a director recruitment from the central leadership as the leaders here were unable to make the BJP into a powerful party. They claim to form the government and they just get 5 seats and nothing more than that.
Parinipoornannda has a TV channel also by name Bharat Today. Now the BJPP will get all the publicity. But everything depends on what kind of cooperation is extended to Parinpoornanda here by the Telangana leaders.
Many people who joined the party strived to develop the party, but finally, they were forced to quit the party. Parakala Prabhakar is one best example. Laxman, Kishan Reddy, Bandaru remained in the party along with Venkaiah Naidu from the beginning and all others were like ayarams and gayarams.
NVSS Prabhakar the MLA from Uppal is close to Swamy Paripoornanada and they organised a lot of religious programs together. Prabhakar also did not gel with other leaders from the beginning and his route is separate. Now he will travel with Paripoornananda and it has to be seen how the other leaders would work with Swamy.
All said and done the vote percentage for Swamy might increase to some extent and one cannot expect any rise in the number of seats. Swamy might contest from Jubilee hills or Khairatabad it is learnt. If not he might for an MP seat against Owaisi if they can get a good number of seats in December atleast if they can cross the double-digit.
