I felt elated after I had a talk with you(Singhal) yesterday and wished you on assuming the holy responsibility of becoming the Executive Officer of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). You have achieved great distinctions of honesty, endurance and integrity besides passion for public service and societal development. It is vividly reflected in your exemplary contributions you made as being District Magistrate at Visakapatnam, Medak and East Godavari. As TTD is a world’s popular and populous place of worship, the need for an efficient administration to make devotees comfortable, safe and happy is a daunting task.
I am very much confident that with your competence and commitment you will steer TTD to provide the best of services to the lakhs of pilgrims. The Lord of the temple is adored and prayed by all Hindus of the country and abroad barring any regional or national clout. I completely condemn the tradition of appointing a leader to TTD from one region only as it demands flair for service not command in language. You deserve this and in the interest of TTD by far you are one of the best choices for this divine assignment.
As you are aware, I am a person blessed and loved by the people of both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The sincere efforts, I made in the field of cinema for the past four decades has brought me close to the heart of millions of Telugu people.
I had a successful stint in politics as a Member of Parliament Rajya Sabha and could contribute my best in nation building and development.
I wanted to give back to the society and it was education my preferred and loved choice.
