With the BJP cadres led by Amit Shah the party chief making in roads into Hyderabad, the local MLA Raja Singh is also becoming aggressive by the day. The Telangana BJP Legislator Raja Singh has made controversial remarks yet again saying that the old city is Mini Pakistan. Earlier he threatened to behead those who oppose the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
Raja Singh dared to say that Hyderabad’s Old City isn’t part of India but a ‘Mini Pakistan’. He alleged that terrorists stay at MIM Office & terrorism exists in the country only because of two parties in Old City. Raja alleged ISIS Terrorists have been hiding in Old City.
The Goshamahal MLA made it clear that anybody who kills cows will not be spared. He threatened to make people who don’t raise the slogans Vande Mataram & Bharat Mata Ki Jai do so at knife point. He claimed that he is not afraid of 1,000 cases and even death penalty.
Will BJP disown itself from the controversial comments of Raja Singh? or Should people see it as a stand taken by BJP on Ram Mandir, Gau Rakshaks and Old City?
Taking all this into account the Hyderabad MP and MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has already started touring the old city for votes and the next election. Usually he used to start the campaigning just before a month or so during the elections. Friday prayers also were used for election campaigning.
But now he is very cautious. He has already sensed the strategy of the BJP here for the Hyderabad seat and started his campaigning in advance. He is touring the lanes and by-lanes of his constituency on foot.
