6+ years of experience
Key attributes include:
Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or Maths/Physics related.
Considerable development experience using languages including C# .Net.
Strong experience in Desktop Applications with WinForms or WPF.
Considerable analysis, design and software architecture experience.
Visual Studio / .Net tools and SQL Server/Oracle.
Knowledge of Windows architecture.
Working with configuration management tools such as TFS, Jira or Clearcase.
The familiarity of Database-driven solutions.
Proven design documentation skills.
Logical and numerate, with complex problem-solving skills.
Experience working under methodologies such as the Scrum Agile technique.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English).
Self-motivated and possessing a passion for success.
Proven experience in working within an Agile development methodology.
