Chief Minister Sri K Chandrashekhar Rao has expressed sympathies over the death of former united AP CM and Tamilnadu Governor K Rosaiah. The CM recalled Rosaiah as the one leader who brought many laurels to the posts he held such as finance minister and is known for his patience, gentleness and simplicity.
The CM has conveyed his condolences to members of the bereaved family. Both the Telugu states have declared three-day mourning for the death of Rosaiah.
Rosaiah was in Vemuru of Guntur district in AP. Rosaiah is a record holder in Budget presentation in the state of AP. He presented the budget 16 times.
All the senior leaders of the Congress came to the house of Roasiah and mourned his death. The last rites will be performed with state honours. The funeral will be on Sunday in Hyderabad. They will be done in the farmhouse of Rosaiah.
