As per the directions of Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri K.Chandrashekhar Rao, Sri Somesh Kumar, IAS., Chief Secretary, Government of Telangana conducted a meeting with senior officials to prepare action plan to complete the process of reducing compliances burden across number of licenses/permissions, Inspections, returns, filings, registrations , records and display requirements by February, 2021.

The burden of compliances are high with respect to 7 Departments – Revenue (CT & Excise), Civil Supplies, Transport, Energy, Home, MA&UD, LET&F were directed to internal analysis and create sub groups to complete the process.

Chief Secretary informed that Department for Promotion of industry and Internal Trade shared certain Acts and regulation pertaining to Telangana and requested to examine State acts and regulations in order to simplify the existing process of implementation of the same.
