K Chandrasekhar Rao the Chief Minister of Telangana met the Prime Minister today after becoming the CM for the second time. This is the first time he met Modi after the election and winning with a thumping majority.
They met at Delhi Lokkalyna Marg of Narendra Modi. It is reported that both of them exchanged greetings and the atmosphere was cordial. KCR reminded him of the various demands being put forward by the Telangana on the issue state reorganisation and other things. The division of the court, enhancement of the reservations for the minorities and other things were also discussed it is reported.
KCR was in a suit and honoured the PM with a shawl and shook hands with him. KCR also requested for an IIT and IIM in the state of Telangana. He wanted Kaleshwaram to be designated as a National project. The discussion went on for more than an hour.
KCR discussed on 16 point agenda with Modi. They also discussed the Textile park to be located in Warangal apart from handing over Bison Polo ground to the state Government.
KCR explained on various issues that went unresolved after the division of the state.
