Congress leader Jalagam Prasad Rao today joined the TRS in front of KT Rama Rao the caretaker Minister for IT. Minister Tummla Nageswhar Rao also accompanied him. KTR who was on a tour rushed back to TRS Bhavan in the evening to take Jalagam into the party.
Jalagam praised the efforts of KCR and TRS Government in developing the state of Telangana. He said that Jalagam was a prominent leader and it is right to join the TRS. Jalagam, on the other hand, said that he was joining the TRS for the development of downtrodden and Dalits.
The demands of Dalits will be taken care by the TRS, KTR assured.
KT Rama Rao who is extensively touring the length and breadth of the Telangana for the election meetings said that the leaders who could not face and take on KCR the Telangana CM individually had to come together as Kutami.
But the Kutami in shreds and they do not know how to face the KCR and TRS he said. How can they face the people and ask for votes by stalling the projects and creating hurdles in the process of development he questioned.
He also blamed Babu for kneeling before the Congress after abusing the Congress for decades. This is unholy alliance he pointed out. The TDP has no morals and the Congress has done nothing for the Telangana, so the people must elect the TRS once again he suggested.
The process of development must continue and that it is a historic need to reelect the TRS government he explained. The Kutami has not come to an understanding themselves in the first place and the candidates are yet to be finalised. The seat sharing is under controversy and here the TRS is crystal clear with the agenda of development he explained. He urged the people to re-elect KCR again.
