Shift Timings : 7: 00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST
Required TEAM of VOICE Process Executives for OUTBOUND Process for United States Shift.
Simple Verification for Lead Generation Process.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle Outbound Calls.
Verify Customers Details.
Lead Generation Campaign for various Processes.
Should have very good & Excellent communication Skills…
Should have Experience in International Voice process.
Candidates should be flexible with Nights.
Applicant must be comfortable with calling process
Willingness to work in US Shifts
Candidate should be a good listener.
Should be able to understand the US accent.
SKILLS
Strong phone presence and Communicate clearly and with confidence in order to excel in this position.
Confident Communication Skill with US Accent.
Ability to Cold Call on prospective customers.
Strong Verbal and Listening skills.
Excellent Organizational and Interpersonal skills.
Effectively communicate the services to be offered.
Outbound Experience preferred at-least 2 Year and above.
Preferred candidate will be someone with 1-4 years of experience in inside sales preferably in IT/ITES domain. We can also look at Tech Support people with up selling experience.
