The organisers of the Ganesh pandal here at Khairatabad have decided that they would go for the clay Ganesha of about 70 feet for the next year.
Next year they may not get to the tank bund but do the nimajjan on the spot. They will go for eco-friendly colors also. The concept will change completely the organisers said.
This year the height was about 40 feet. As they are making the Ganesha with clay it is going to be 70 feet. The look will be the same, but the material will be mud.
Rajendra has made teh Ganesha this year, we have to see who will take the order next year. There is a talk that an artist from Bengal is interested in making the idol for the next year.
