KCR the CM of Telangana served 23 varieties of food veg and non-veg including Pan to the residents of Vasalamarri village today. He participated in the lunch along with the ladies.
He first served food to the ladies and then to the men. Around 4000 people including the staff of CM had a sumptuous lunch here in the village.
Two different hangers were made for lunch and public meeting here. People of all castes, creed and communities enjoyed lunch with Chicken, mutton, fish, dal, bagara rice, sambar and other varieties of food apart from sweets and Paan.
Minister Jagadish Reddy organised the lunch here. There was a tumultuous welcome for the CM KCR here. People were overwhelmed with the gesture of the CM for the villagers.
They greeted him with mangal harathi and blessed him for a long life in serving the public. He worshipped in the lock Kodandarama Temple before going for lunch.
The entire village turned out for the lunch and there was a festive atmosphere here. Perhaps this is the first time that an entire village was given a treat by a chief Minister.
KCR is known for hospitality even at Pragathi Bhavan.
