There are allegations that YSRC is selling the MP and MLA tickets. Some politicians who are out of the YSRC have alleged that Jagan the CM and party Chief demanded crores for giving the tickets.
There were allegations against the CM of Telangana also that he sold Congress tickets when he was the PCC chief. In fact leaders in Congress say that he has purchased the PCC post also.
Tourism minister R.K. Roja, in a snub to the Telugu Desam, has said the YSR Congress does not sell election tickets for money, “Chandrababu Naidu is habituated to doing this.”
“Naidu is with the Jana Sena in the morning, the Congress in the afternoon, and the BJP at night, planning conspiracies to win the coming elections.
She termed TD leader Nara Lokesh as Mandalagiri Moddu as “he cannot properly pronounce Mangalagiri. But there is a talk that the BRS party led by KCR financed the elections this time.
In the good old days, the Congress party used to give some money a jeep along with a drum of diesel for the candidates. Some senior leaders are still having those jeeps and they have not returned them to the party.
There is also a talk that political parties sell Rajya Sabha and MLC posts. They collect money in the name of party fund. D Srinivas the former PCC chief openly admitted that the people who buy tickets will fight the election to win so that they can recover the money invested.
