Avinash Reddy the YSRC MP has been avoiding the arrest by the CBI from time to time. The CBI has questioned him 8 times and he has been postponing things for one reason or the other.
The CBI has issued another notice to Kadapa MP Y.S. Avinash Reddy to appear before it on Monday, May 22, in connection with the Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy murder case.
Avinash had not appeared before the CBI on Friday, May 19, on the grounds that his mother Lakshmamma had fallen ill. Avinash Reddy could be seen at Viswa Bharathi Hospital in Kurnool, where his mother is being treated for cardiac-related issues.
On Friday, the MP’s counsels had submitted a letter from Avinash Reddy to the CBI over his inability to appear before them on Friday for the probe.
Following this, the CBI has issued a fresh notice to the Kadapa MP through a WhatsApp message, directing him to present himself at its office in Koti of Hyderabad on Monday.
Will he attend or avoid the CBI has to be seen. If he comes to the office, will the CBI arrest him is the million-dollar question?
