BRS chief KCR is trying to Unite the opposition under one roof. Nitish is also working for the same. But what is Congress planning to do is the big question.
Will Mamatha, Stalin, Nitish, KCR, Biju, and others come together against the BJP ?
A recent survey said that Modi’s image is intact still and this would be a big plus for the BJP party. Moreover, there is no strong opposition which is a big advantage for BJP.
Kejriwal is bogged down with the Liquor policy scam. BRS Kavitha’s name is in the liquor scam. Mamtha has the chit-fund scam. Congress has Herald scam. KCR has the PF money Exemption scam.
No one when knows in what fashion the opposition united in the near future. Congress in the ICU in many states. Some BRS Ministers are in the mining scam.
Even if all the opposition parties come together, selecting the common candidate as Prime Minister would be a tough taskBihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar urged the opposition parties including the Congress party to be united so that the BJP can be restricted to less than 100 seats.
But the question is can the opposition parties achieve this and restrict BJP to less than 100 seats? Despite facing criticism, BJP is still strong in many states. Not just the northern states, the BJP is even strong in northern states as well. Narendra Modi is the best weapon of the party.
The BJP is working hard in about 200 seats from the South. It is expecting good results from Telangana, Andhra and Tamilnadu. The image of Modi is in tact and there is no issue of coming to power in the next elections.
One state this side or that side in the Assembly will not make much of a difference for the party which has the highest membership in the history of politics.
