Will the BJP come to power?

The BJP has been struggling to come to power from the days of VenkaiahNaidu. But they failed miserably. A small group of leaders have been thriving in the BJP since the inception and they would not allow others to grow with the party.

People have been coming and going but the small group remained the same. Some leaders in the party have always been hand in glove with the ruling party of the day and they continued to grow in every form.

It is like fight in Gull and unite in Delhi. In view of failure of Telangana BJP to take up concerted efforts in taking up a number of issues including indiscriminate demolition drive taken up by the State government with its agency HYDRA, the party’s state in-charge and national general secretary Sunil Bansal to hold a meeting with party legislators and MPs at the State Party office.

Besides reviewing the progress made in the membership drive which was extended by another 10 days till October 24 in view of festive seasons and heavy rains, the meeting will also discuss about some leaders defying the party line and going to media against others.

Like MIM the BJP was also in alliance with the ruling party of the day from time to time and they were unable to contest all the seats in Andhra and now in Telangana also. They don’t have machinery at the grass root level to win the election.

They don’t spend money and they just sprinkle funds here and there.

They depend on media and meetings and lack the grass root level support in many areas. So winning the Telangana state will always be a pipe dream.

But they have responded very well to the guests at the Alai Bhalai program.
