A man has lost his life while Shahrukh khan the super star was on a publicity show in a train for his latest film Raees. The question is who should take the responsibility for this death. Will the producer of the film be held responsible for this loss of life?
First of all why did the Railways allow SRK to board a train and do his promotion , resulting in commotion and loss of life. It completely disturbs the journey of day to day commuters in that route and on the platforms where hero is scheduled to stop and talk to his crowds.
It is more or less disturbing the life of a regular commuter. This is of now public interest and will not be of any benefit to the public in general. The producer and the hero will make money by disturbing the regular train traffic. Perhaps the journey might be delayed for the others who are on the same train.
SRK the hero as a routine was sorry for the incident and expressed his condolences and sympathsies. But who will compensate the family of the man who died due to traffic congestion. Will it be SRK in person, the producer of the movie or the Railways. Some thing has to come out.
Has anyone registered a case so far? Some one should rise to the occasion and file a PIL for the sake of the person and his family members. The railways should not allow this king of publicity on the trains which disturbs others directly and indirectly.
The police should have anticipated this kind of mob all along the route and must have arranged additional force to control the mob. Now some should own the responsibility. First of all the Government must find out as to who gave this permission to SRK to be on train and go for the campaign of his movie.
