KCR the Telangana CM openly admitted in a media meet that he is working with Prashant Kishore for Telangana. But Prashant will be joining the Congress as a leader.
The TRS boss is opposed to Congress. Can Prashant go against Congress in Telangana is the question. Will this assignment for Prashant to continue in Telangana has to be seen.
KCR has hired Prashant for helping him work out the strategies for the TRS in the next elections, apart from playing a key role in national politics.
If Prashant becomes a Congress general secretary, it will definitely not work out for KCR, since the Congress is his rival in Telangana.
KCR also would not be engaging Prashant, a Congress leader. Even if Prashant doesn’t join the Congress but will remain only as a consultant as Congress will become part of the National front.
If the CM starts a new party it is going to be a different strategy altogether. We have to see if Prashant and Congress will join the new party proposed by KCR.
