The way Nitish Kumar the Bihar CM is making his movies shows that he is keen on leading the Anti-BJP front at the centre.
KCR the Telangana CM has been nursing the ambition of leading the front and starting a new political party.
But people like Stalin, Mamata and Nitish are not seriously supporting KCR in this regard. Telangana Chief Minister KCR has been spending more time outside the state these days, than inside the state, in pursuit of his national political ambitions.
The undisputed leader from Telangana has been trying to become a key player in national politics for quite some time now, and trying to establish a front opposing Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party at the center.
For that, the CM has toured many states so far and has met with the CMs of many states with opposition parties in the ruling. While all of them welcomed KCR quite well, none of them showed much interest in teaming up with him nationally. The exact reasons for this are unknown.
While KCR wants Congress to be left alone, leaders like Stalin and Nitish are encouraging Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Nitish met Rahul today and Stalin is meeting Rahul for the Bharat Jodo Yatra.
Now it’s time for KCR to rethink his strategy in putting the opposition together. There is no other option for him, but to welcome Congress into the fold.
