The judges have posted the matter of Ram Temple for January 2019. But the RSS,VHP and BJP including the controversial lawmaker Subramanian Swamy have said that they would start theRam Temple IN Ayodhya by the end of this year.
We do not know what Judgement the Court would be giving in January. It might further postpone the issue. Taking this into serious consideration some legal luminaries have suggested that the Government would come up with an ordinance for building the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
With the image of PM Modi taking a severe beating because of Rafales and Rahul gandhi, the immediate and potential alternative that they have for the elections is Ram Temple. But MIM chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owisi has challenged the Modi Government to come up with an Ordinance. If the Government comes up with an Ordinance it will be useful for Modi and also Owaisi.
Both of them would fight for the cause and the polarisation of votes will take place. Even if the Ordinance comes, the matter can be challenged in the Supreme Court. The ordinance may not pave way for the immediate construction of the Temple.
The Government can blame the MIM or any other party for Challenging the Ordinance. By the time the elections would be over. If BJP wins they will give another deadline and if not the matter would remain with the court.
