Farmers from different parts of the country congregated at the Ram Leela Maidan and wanted to go to the parliament for demanding the Minimum support price to their produce. They were led by farmers from Tamilnadu. The farmers who had apprehension on reaching parliament threatened that they would parade naked and go to the parliament if they are stopped or prevented.More than a thousand farmers are in Delhi with the skulls and bones of their friends who have committed suicide. The leaders of the farmers who are agitating said that they have come to seek the MSP for the farm produce and they would meet the Ministers.
If they are not allowed they would walk naked in the streets to reach the parliament. The dharna is for two days November 29-30. The farmers have come from 8 states to Delhi to reach the parliament and are demanding the MSP. On October 2 when the farmers tried to enter Delhi were stopped the police in the Border. We don’t need Ram Mandir, we need debt waiver the farmers raised slogans at the maidan.
