Balaiah Babu the Legends house is coming under Road widening it is reported. Lot of road widening activity is taking place in Banjarahills and Jubileehills for the future. Most of the house might go if the road has to be widened and if it gets approval from the Government . He is an MLA from AP and a senior star from Telugu states related to CM Chandrababu Naidu. Now he is in for trouble.
The GHMC Standing Committee came up with the proposal of Road Widening at the stretch between Jubilee Hills Check Post and Road No.45. It suggested compensation for owners of residential Homes & Business Establishments as there is need for demolition of structures. This is mostly to avoid the traffic congestion.
The traffic going to hitech city and coming from outskirts is daily blocking the road no 12 area and the vehicles are forced to travel with bumper to bumper. To avoid these traffic snarls it is needed to widen the roads.
The residense of Nandamuri Balakrishna is located in between Jubilee Hills Check Post and Road No.45. Actually, Chandrababu Naidu’s family used to live here till the early 90s. After the Film Industry shifted from Madras to Hyderabad, Balakrishna’s family moved the base here and since then they were staying at this particular house.
Certainly, Balakrishna’s family will be worried if GHMC approves the proposal of the Standing Committee. Will the Hindupur MLA use his good contacts with Telangana CM KCR for saving his House? It may happen because, KCR is close to Balaiah Babu. He launched the Gautami Putra Sathakarni from Balaiah. Not only that he also gave tax cooncessio to the GPS movie. Now its time for the KCR to save Balaiahs house.
The portfolio of Municipal Administration is with KTR and Balaiah should impress upon KTR to save his house. It has to be seen of KTR saves Balaiah or Balaiah might also take it very lightly and take the compensation. This will take quite some time. The decision may not come out so easily. People say when it comes to Politicians they save each other on personal front.
When a situation of this kind happened, Chandrababu Naidu cleared the house of YSR and helped him out. Later YSR sold that house to a bank. Now KTR may bail out Balaiah.
