Pawan Kalyan the Jana Sena Chief who met the TDP Chief Chandrababu is trying to form an opposition combine in the coming days in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
He also welcomed the BRS Chief to Andhra Pradesh. But will KCR work against the Jagan and his party YSRC in the coming days has to be seen.
It is learnt KCR is planning to field the BRS candidates in at least 20 assembly constituencies, if not more, besides four to five Lok Sabha constituencies.
Most of these constituencies are in the Andhra-Telangana border, besides north-coastal Andhra and parts of central Andhra.
“It is immaterial whether the BRS will be able to win any seats in the Andhra elections. If it can win a considerable vote share, it will help KCR to gain some political advantage in the coming years.
If the BRS can win two or three seats, it will be a big boost to his national mission,” sources said. It will be good if KCR joins the Opposition combine so that he will stop the rule of Jagan to some extent.
If he cuts into the vote of opposition then he will be helping Jagan to come to power. We have to see which way the BRS is going to take sides in the coming elections.
If BJP is in the combine, the BRS is going to be neutral in the state of AP. It is going to be tricky for the BRS in the coming elections across the country.
