Chandrababu Naidu the LOP stated that he has no ego and would join hands with Jaganmohan Reddy the CM of AP to fight for Visakha steel plant.
Today Vijay Sai Reddy has started a padayatra against the privatisation of the steel plant. Jagan gave a statement that he would save the steel plant from privatisation.
He was thankful that BJP has come to join hands with him. But Jagan did not acknowledge the fact that the TDP was also ready to fight of the same cause and ready to talk to Jagan.
The steel plant is making losses, there is no doubt about it. But can we give mines to the plant and revive it is the question? We do not know what really is in the mind of the central government and also the state Government.
There is a talk that Jagan has decided to privatise the steel plant. But Jagan has assured the employees he would save them. It would be good if Jagan can call for an all party meet and decide the future course of action.
If all the parties come together in Andhra, the centre will definitely go back on the privatisation aspect. But it will take some time. Now Jagan is asking for the special status to Andhra Pradesh.
