Will it be a good Friday for Chandrababu ? Yes the result of the quash petition filed by the Advocates of LOP and former CM Chandrababu will come for the decision on 20th.
The TDP cadres are hoping for a positive response while the health Condition of Chandrababu deteriorating in Rajahmundry jail. He is having dehydration and skin rashes.
A tower cooler was arranged for Babu as he is a VIP leader on remand in the jail under judicial custody. Agitations in forms are going on for Chandrababu across the states apart from Hyderabad and Bangalore.
If there is no decision then it could be taken up after the Dasata Holidays only. There is pressure on the judgment from the courtside also. If this decision can save Babu, then it would be a historic and landmark judgment for the future under 17 A.
Proper permission should be ascertained in the form of 17 A before arresting or remanding the VIPs. There is a talk that the Judges posed many questions to the government lawyer and he just reeled out the same old story.
Taking this into consideration the legal luminaries are of the opinion that Babu will get the relief under the 17A. There are people who say that you may not get the relief also.
The majoirty is hopeful that they would get the relief for Chandrababu. Meanwhile the TDP leders have filed a complaint with the Governor seeking for his intervention and the Governor has assured that he would do what ever was possbile uner him.
The matter was reported to the President Murmu also. The High Court is waiting for the Judgement from the Supreme Court. Raghurma Krishnam Raju the disgrunteld MP of YSRC is also using his good offices in Delhi apart from BJP Chief Purandeshwari. Ramaji Rao while fighting for his own sake has also represented the issue to the BJP Chief Nadda it is learnt.
