While there is some kind of disturbance across the country, Telangana is stable and has no problem of whatsoever KTR the Minister for industries and IT stated.
KTR was speaking in a seminar on real estate here at the Hitex. He said that the KCR the CM of Telangana has sympathy for the working community and that is the reason he encourages the real estate sector.
He quoted the JLL report which says that Telangana and Hyderabad, in particular, were doing well when compared to the other 130 cities across the Globe.
In 2014 we are not in the top 20 but in 2018 we were in number one position and in 2020 we are again the dynamic city when compared to other cities across the world.
Even in Social-economic angle, we are going well he said. Hyderabad is a city for all in all the seasons he explained. He gave some credit to Creadai also for building Hyderabad.
We should not relax with the Number one position but bothe Creadai and the Government must strive for further development he suggested. He said that the new Municipal act and revenue act would weed out the corruption and develop the state and also Hyderabad in a big way.
He wants the realtors to protect the interest of the people in General and House purchasers in particular.
