Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that there was nothing wrong in being seen with the Industrialists and socialising with them. What is wrong in this he questioned the Opposition. Even Mahatma Gandhi stayed in the house of an industrialist he reminded. Industrialists develop the nation and give employment he said.Dont paint them with a negative shared he stated.
He was speaking at an Industrial meet where who is who of the industry where present.
People who use them for personal gains must be ashamed and that in this matter my conscience is clear he clarified. Modi was talking in Lucknow where works for about Rs 60000 crore were launched. He was in the company of about 80 prominent industrialists including Adani, Birlas and others were present. Modi said that these industrialists were part of the nation building and they must be given the due importance he said.
There are some people who don’t meet the industrialists in public and they do the behind curtain operations he chided indirectly at the Congress party. I am very clear and I meet them openly and suggest them to develop the Nation and create employment he said. Why should we shame them and call the industrialists and thieves he questioned. That is not the right attitude he opined.
