A woman has questioned Governor Tamilisai as to why the gang rapists were not encountered by the police like in the Disha case. She questioned if the rapists were being protected as they were the children of politicians.
The Governor Tamilisai was taking questions at a Mahila Durbar being organised on the premises of Raj Bhavan. There is widespread talk that CP Anand left ay questions unanswered.
There is also a belief that the MLAs son was being protected while others were being implicated in the rape case. The Mahila Durbar by Governor itself is der te scanner of the TRS Government.
Now the questions raised by the women are also under the scanner. The encounter of rapists being suggested by the women is also viral on the web.
Tamilisai said that she will not be bogged down by external pressures of any kind and would help the women to the extent possible. It may be recalled that Governor Tamilisai has already asked the Police and CS Somesh to give her a detailed report on the gang rape in Hyderabad.
We do not know if she has got the report or not. There were some differences between the Governor and the CM in recent times and KCR has been avoiding her. She was not accorded the right protocol also.
Rajbhavan also has a grievance box and she gets the information from time to time.
