The Bike involved in the accident with Sai Dharam Tej is owned by a person named Anil. Why was Sai Dharam riding the bike of a different person is the question.
There is a talk that sai purchased the bike from Anil. Where was the need for a rich person like Sai Dharam to purchased second hand bike? Said could made the bike to be purchased by others to avoid the tax on the bike.
If it is a first bike or vehicle to be purchased by an individual there will not tax. But Sai should give us the info about the bike now. Sai can now just pay the fine for rash driving and come out of the case as there is no other person involved in the accident.
