Nagarjuna the senior hero’s films are not doing well these days. He is one hero who takes the risk and sometimes the risk-taking may not fetch him the desired results. Earlier the risk taken with RGV in the name of Officer was a miserable failure. Now he chose Devadas, but it is also a so-so movie with some comedy.
Recently Nag made some comments, that the director should have shown the movie to him much earlier before the release so that he would have made some corrections. Nag is used to making some corrections to the movies here and there. But it all depends on the choice of the audience finally. His son’s career is also not shaping well. Samanthas U-Turn was also not a big hit but Ok when compared to others films.
Nagarjuna is known for blaming the Directors. Instead of making a point and correction in the end, Nagarjuna should fix a time for the director so that he can see the first copy ahead and make the corrections required. But unnecessary tinkering will also spoil the movie sometimes.
Heroes with the habit of tinkering with the directors have spoiled the movies most of the time. So it is better to be alert, rather than blaming the directors in the end..
